Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Lexitio offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged anything during your trial period. If you do not subscribe before your trial ends, your account will move to read-only mode and no charge will be made.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access through the end of the period you paid for.

Exception: If you experience a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge or charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. You may cancel at any time, but annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the first 7 days.

7-day satisfaction guarantee: If you subscribe to an annual plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at info@lexitio.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent renewal, and you will retain access through the end of the annual period.

4. Investigation Credits

One-time investigation credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase — contact us to request a refund.

5. Service Interruptions

If Lexitio experiences a significant service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours of unavailability), affected subscribers may request a prorated credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not issued as cash refunds.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your Lexitio dashboard. No cancellation fee applies. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before being archived.
