Lexitio (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered legal practice management platform designed to assist solo practitioners and small law firms with matter management, document drafting, research, and OSINT-assisted case preparation.

You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Free trial periods are provided at our discretion. At the end of a trial, your account automatically downgrades to the free tier unless you have added a payment method.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. For refund requests, contact support@lexitio.com.
Stripe’s terms of service govern all payment processing. We do not store full card numbers.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all data, documents, matter files, and other content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and store it in order to provide the Service to you.
The platform: All software, interfaces, AI models, prompts, and other components of the Service are owned by Lexitio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Important Notice
All outputs generated by Lexi or any other AI feature of the Service — including but not limited to document drafts, research summaries, risk assessments, and next-best-action recommendations — are not legal advice. They are AI-assisted drafts and research aids that require review and validation by a licensed attorney before any reliance or use.
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or outdated information. Lexitio expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on AI-generated content without independent attorney review.
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your client data is stored in isolated, encrypted tenants. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality of attorney-client privileged information processed through the Service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexitio's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings page. Your account and data will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to other users or to us.
Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days using the data export feature. After this period, your data will be deleted subject to our retention policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or data protection matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
