Pilot terms.

1. The pilot

The founding design partner pilot is free. It runs during the week of October 5, 2026. We will not ask for payment details to take part.

The pilot is open to solo and small law firms. Applying does not grant access; access begins only after your application is accepted.

2. What access includes

Lexitio accounts for the people at your firm we agree on during onboarding, with access to the platform as it stands during the pilot.

An onboarding session with us, and a direct line to the founder for questions and problems during the pilot week.

Lexitio is pre-release software. Features may change during the pilot, and some things may not work as expected. As with all Lexitio output, an attorney must review work product before relying on it; Lexitio does not provide legal advice.

3. What we ask of you (required)

Feedback is a required part of the program, not optional. By taking part in the pilot, you agree to the following.

Use Lexitio on real work during the pilot week, so the feedback reflects how your practice actually runs.

Give honest feedback during the pilot: tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what is missing, and share input on what we should build next. We may use your feedback to improve Lexitio without obligation to you.

Complete the wrap-up questionnaire at the end of the pilot. It is required, and it takes about five minutes.

4. Data and confidentiality

Your firm’s data stays yours. We use it only to provide Lexitio to your firm during the pilot, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page. We do not sell it or use your client matters to train public AI models.

You decide what client information to put into Lexitio and remain responsible for your professional obligations, including confidentiality to your clients.

We keep non-public information about your firm confidential. We ask you to keep non-public details about unreleased Lexitio features confidential too.

If you do not continue after the pilot, you can ask us to delete your firm’s pilot data, and we will do so as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No obligation to continue

There is no obligation to continue after the pilot. The pilot does not convert into a paid plan automatically, and you will not be charged unless you choose to join.

6. Cost after the pilot

The pilot itself is free. If you decide to join after the pilot, founding design partners get every plan at 50% off for the first year, paid as one annual payment up front; standard rates resume in year two.

Solo: standard $99/month. Founding rate: $594 for year one, paid in one annual payment.

Solo Max: standard $179/month. Founding rate: $1,074 for year one, paid in one annual payment.

Practice: standard $249/month. Founding rate: $1,494 for year one, paid in one annual payment.

Firm: standard $499/month. Founding rate: $2,994 for year one, paid in one annual payment.

The founding rate is paid annually, in one payment up front. There is no monthly option at this rate.

After the first year, your plan continues at its standard rate.

7. The agreement

If your application is accepted, we send a design partner agreement that confirms these terms. If the signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement governs. Use of Lexitio is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
